NPI Receives High Marks from Customers in Annual Survey (May 18, 2012)

The results are in and we are pleased to announce that NPI received an overall customer satisfaction rating of 95%.  Additionally, 96.25% of our customers confirmed that they would be willing to recommend our services.  NPI sends out an annual customer survey to get a better understanding of our customer’s perception of our services and to aid in the continuous improvement of our AS9100 Rev. C Quality Management System.
