RPCV (Returned Peace Corps Volunteer), Judy Greenspon celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Peace Corps in Washington DC September 23rd-25th. Judy served as a developmental economist in the Philippines from 1980-1983. The historic event was hosted by Chris Mathews, RPCV Swaziland 1969-1971, distinguished broadcast journalist, author, economic advisor and speech writer to US senators and presidents.
Sam Goldman, RPCV Benin Africa 2001-2004 received the Sargent Shriver Distinguished Humanitarian Award.
