Project Coordinator: BA / BS Economics preferred or equivalent work experience

Economically manage the schedules and resources of projects per the NPI AS9100 Quality System.  Generate quotations per our clients service and quality specifications; comprehend complex manufacturing processes; solve technical challenges with clients; procure components; coordinate outsourcing services and logistics.  Must possess a commitment to personal growth and NPI Core Values using technology and economic principles to maximize efficiencies in time and material costs to achieve:

Sales Engineer:   BSEE preferred with 5 years experience

Motivated to expand NPI sales opportunities throughout the United States; promote NPI Services to prospects utilizing digital marketing, participate in industry trade shows and represent NPI on technical panels.  Work with NPI production and project managers to insure compliance to customer specifications.  Possess a commitment to personal growth and NPI Core Values, especially:

Quality Assurance Engineer:  BSEE preferred with 5 years’ experience

Responsible for continuous improvement of NPI AS9100 Quality System.  Write, implement and revise changes to the NPI AS9100 Quality Manual to ensure that we are compliant with our customers’ quality requirements. Schedule annual management reviews, internal audits and conduct quality training for our organization.  Work with NPI production team to help resolve technical issues with clients. Manage external audits with governing bodies to defend IPC interpretation with source inspectors.  Responsible for surveying, maintaining and building quality relationships with our manufacturing partners. Enjoy learning new processes that support innovative new technologies.    Must possess a commitment to personal growth and NPI Core Values, especially:
